US Patent Issued to VIRTUE LABS on Jan. 28 for "Cosmetic compositions and methods of use" (North Carolina, Massachusetts Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 29 -- United States Patent no. 12,208,153, issued on Jan. 28, was assigned to VIRTUE LABS LLC (Winston-Salem, N.C.).

"Cosmetic compositions and methods of use" was invented by Melisse Shaban (Winston-Salem, N.C.), William Jacobsen (Grafton, Mass.) and Erin Falco (Winston-Salem, N.C.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Keratin protein cosmetic compositions are provided that include at least one keratin protein derived from human hair and a base cosmetic solution. Methods of treatment are also provided."
