ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,400,651, issued on Aug. 26, was assigned to View Operating Corp. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Controlling optically-switchable devices" was invented by Dhairya Shrivastava (Los Altos, Calif.) and Mark David Mendenhall (Fremont, Calif.).
