ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,261,651, issued on March 25, was assigned to Viavi Solutions Inc. (Chandler, Ariz.).

"Method and system for mapping potential net service impairments" was invented by Raleigh Benton Stelle IV (Indianapolis), Robert J. Flask (New Palestine, Ariz.) and Mark R. Darragh (Darragh, Ind.).
