ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,542,129, issued on Feb. 3, was assigned to Verint Americas Inc. (Alpharetta, Ga.).
"Automated validation of information exchanged during interactions" was invented by Ron Peretz Epstein Koch (Alpharetta, Ga.), Ian Beaver (Alpharetta, Ga.) and Dvir Cohen (Netivot, Israel).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A system including an interaction processing component is deployed to automatically validate information exchanged during an interaction."
