US Patent Issued to Verily Life Sciences on March 18 for "Devices, systems, and methods for transporting live insects" (California, Ohio Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,250,932, issued on March 18, was assigned to Verily Life Sciences LLC (Dallas).

"Devices, systems, and methods for transporting live insects" was invented by Peter Massaro (San Carlos, Calif.), Charles Behling (Brisbane, Calif.) and Brian Wasson (Columbus, Ohio).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Systems and methods for transporting live insects in a secure and environmentally controlled manner. The systems include containers and packaging for transporting the live insects at a controlled temperature and pressure."
