ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,287,329, issued on April 29, was assigned to Ventana Medical Systems Inc. (Tucson, Ariz.).
"Colors for chromogenic IHC and ISH staining with multi-dye quinone methide and tyramide conjugates" was invented by Julia Ashworth-Sharpe (Tucson, Ariz.), Brian D. Kelly (Tucson, Ariz.), Mark Lefever (Oro Valley, Ariz.) and Nathan W. Polaske (Oracle, Ariz.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein are novel chromogenic conjugates, the conjugates comprising at least two detectable moieties."
The patent was filed on Oct. 27, 2020, under Application No. 17/081,523.
