ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,379,134, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Valeo Systemes Thermiques (Le Mesnil-Saint-Denis, France).

"Electrical fluid heater" was invented by Pierre-Louis Gas (Prague), Ales Ruzicka (Prague), Serif Karaaslan (Le Mesnil-Saint-Denis, France) and Oscar Eduardo Alcocer (Toluca, Mexico).
