ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,369,587, issued on July 29, was assigned to VALENT U.S.A. LLC (San Ramon, Calif.).
"Aqueous composition of epyrifenacil, flumioxazin and pyroxasulfone" was invented by Takashi Shibayama (Dublin, Calif.) and Ke Zhou (San Ramon, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention is directed to an aqueous composition comprising a mixture of epyrifenacil, flumioxazin and pyroxasulfone.
