US Patent Issued to VALENT U.S.A. on July 29 for "Aqueous composition of epyrifenacil, flumioxazin and pyroxasulfone" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,369,587, issued on July 29, was assigned to VALENT U.S.A. LLC (San Ramon, Calif.).

"Aqueous composition of epyrifenacil, flumioxazin and pyroxasulfone" was invented by Takashi Shibayama (Dublin, Calif.) and Ke Zhou (San Ramon, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention is directed to an aqueous composition comprising a mixture of epyrifenacil, flumioxazin and pyroxasulfone. The present invention is further directed to methods of controlling weeds by applying the compositions of the present invention to a weed or an area in need of weed control."
