ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,233,603, issued on Feb. 25, was assigned to UT-Battelle LLC (Oak Ridge, Tenn.).

"Slicer systems for generating a molecular dynamic graded lattice structure and their application to additive manufacturing" was invented by Seokpum Kim (Oak Ridge, Tenn.), Ahmed Arabi Hassen (Oak Ridge, Tenn.), Lonnie J. Love (Oak Ridge, Tenn.) and Vlastimil Kunc (Oak Ridge, Tenn.).
