ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,351,462, issued on July 8, was assigned to Urbix Inc. (Mesa, Ariz.).

"Graphite shaping and coating devices, systems, and methods" was invented by Palash Gangopadhyay (Chapel Hill, N.C.), Andrea Cabrero Vilatela (Mexico City) and Kurumi Austin (Tempe, Ariz.).
