ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,492,206, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to UNM Rainforest Innovations (New, Mexico).
"Salts of R-ketorolac" was invented by Arthur Kluge (Arlington, Mass.), Emily Rigsbee (West Lafayette, Ind.) and Ekaterina Albert (West Lafayette, Ind.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Salts of R-ketorolac, including solid salts, such as crystalline salts of the meglumine and tromethamine salts R-ketorolac, are disclosed. Methods of preparing such salts, pharmaceutical compositions comprising salts, and methods of treating cancer with such salts are further provided."
