ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,546,773, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to University of Utah Research Foundation (Salt Lake City) and TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY SYSTEM (Lubbock, Texas).
