US Patent Issued to UNIVERSITE LIBRE DE BRUXELLES on Sept. 23 for "Quasi-deterministic single-photon source" (Belgian Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,422,729, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to UNIVERSITE LIBRE DE BRUXELLES (Brussels).

"Quasi-deterministic single-photon source" was invented by Stephane Clemmen (Uccle, Belgium) and Serge Massar (Auderghem, Belgium).
