ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,286,668, issued on April 29, was assigned to UNIVERSITAT ROSTOCK (Rostock, Germany).
"SH2B adapter protein 3 for the prediction of bone marrow response and immune response" was invented by Gustav Steinhoff (Rethwisch, Germany).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to SH2B adapter protein 3 (SH2B3) for use as a diagnostic marker. Further, the present invention relates to a method for the determination of SH2B3 gene expression."
