ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,334,107, issued on June 17, was assigned to Universita degli Studi di Roma "La Sapienza" (Rome).
"Process for the preparation of a phonograph disc" was invented by Sabrina Lucibello (Rome) and Giovanni Inglese (Rome).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a new process for the production of a phonograph disc for analog storing, recording and/or reproduction of a sound content, as well as to a phonograph disc obtainable by means of the aforementioned process."
The patent was filed on May 11, 2023, under Application No. 18/842,934.
