ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,369,487, issued on July 22, was assigned to Universal Display Corp. (Ewing, N.J.).

"Organic electroluminescent materials and devices" was invented by Tongxiang Lu (Lawrenceville, N.J.), Zhiqiang Ji (Chalfont, Pa.), George Fitzgerald (Lambertville, N.J.), Pierre-Luc T. Boudreault (Pennington, N.J.) and Jui-Yi Tsai (Newtown, Pa.).
