ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,545,690, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Universal Display Corp. (Ewing, N.J.).

"Organic electroluminescent materials and devices" was invented by Tyler Fleetham (Yardley, Pa.), Nicholas J. Thompson (New Hope, Pa.), Chun Lin (Yardley, Pa.), Jerald Feldman (Cherry Hill, N.J.), Peter Wolohan (Princeton Junction, N.J.) and Bin Ma (Plainsboro, N.J.).
