ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,275,747, issued on April 15, was assigned to Universal Display Corp. (Ewing, N.J.).

"Organic electroluminescent materials and devices" was invented by Jui-Yi Tsai (Newtown, Pa.), Alexey Borisovich Dyatkin (Ambler, Pa.), Walter Yeager (Yardley, Pa.) and Pierre-Luc T. Boudreault (Pennington, N.J.).
