ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,549,494, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Universal City Studios LLC (Universal City, Calif.).

"Systems and methods for scheduling transitory data transmissions in an interactive environment" was invented by Wei Cheng Yeh (Orlando, Fla.), Rachel Elise Rodgers (Orlando, Fla.) and Christina Corrine Lee (Richmond, Va.).
