"Transmission line device compriing first and second conductive lines on one level separated from a third conductive line on another level by an intervening ground layer" was invented by Yu-Kuang Wang (Taipei, Taiwan), Ruey-Beei Wu (Taipei, Taiwan), Ching-Sheng Chen (Taoyuan, Taiwan), Chun-Jui Huang (Taoyuan, Taiwan), Wei-Yu Liao (Taoyuan, Taiwan) and Chi-Min Chang (Taoyuan, Taiwan).
