US Patent Issued to UNIBAR on Nov. 25 for "Manufacture of carotenoid compositions" (Texas Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,479,796, issued on Nov. 25, was assigned to UNIBAR Corp. (Houston).

"Manufacture of carotenoid compositions" was invented by Sevanti Mehta (Houston).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A Capsicum annum extract composition (600) includes capsanthin in the range from 50% to 80%, zeaxanthin in the range from 5% to 15%, and cryptoxanthin the range from 1% to 5%."
