"Precious metal compounds" was invented by Eileen Woerner (Nidderau, Germany), Timo Ebert (Kahl, Germany), Michael Lennartz (Frankfurt, Germany), Ralf Karch (Kleinostheim, Germany), Angelino Doppiu (Seligenstadt, Germany), Andreas Rivas-Nass (Bensheim, Germany) and Annika Frey (Hanau, Germany).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention relates to tetraalkylammonium-tetra- or hexahydroxometallates such as tetraethylammonium hexahydroxoplatinate, (N(alkyl)4)y[M(OH)x], a method for the production thereof, and the use thereof for producing catalysts."...
