ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,521,704, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to Umicore AG & Co. KG (Hanau-Wolfgang, Germany).

"Ylide-functionalised phosphanes for use in metal complexes and homogeneous catalysis" was invented by Viktoria Daschlein-Gessner (Bochum, Germany) and Thorsten Scherpf (Bochum, Germany).
