ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,475,053, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to UIF (UNIVERSITY INDUSTRY FOUNDATION), YONSEI UNIVERSITY (Seoul, South Korea).

"Method for detecting error of operating system kernel memory in real time" was invented by Taekyoung Kwon (Seoul, South Korea), Min Gi Cho (Seoul, South Korea), Do Hyeon An (Daegu, South Korea) and Gi Su Yeo (Busan, South Korea).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present embodiments provide a method and an apparatus for detecting an error of a kernel memory in real time, wherein the method and the apparatus select only an object process in real time without a source code and check a memory error of an operating system...
