ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,439,940, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to TZG LLC (Palo Alto, Calif.).
"High pressure processing methods for ready-to-drink beverages with solids" was invented by Hsiang I Ben Tsen (Palo Alto, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A process for the production of a Ready-To-Drink beverage product containing an ingestible fluid containing solid pieces selected from at least one of (a) fruit, (b) crystal boba, and/or (c) tea leaves and subjected to High Pressure Processing (HPP)."
The patent was filed on Oct. 26, 2022, under Application No. 17/974,078.
