ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,302,915, issued on May 20, was assigned to Tyson Foods Inc. (Springdale, Ark.).

"Packaging with pressure driven oxygen egress" was invented by Robert Ty Baublits (Springdale, Calif.) and Harry Y. Chu (Fayetteville, Ark.).
