"Dynamic capacity monitoring" was invented by Rachel D. M. Ellerman (Shorewood, Wis.), Vikas Sharma (New Delhi), Sourabh Taranath Joshi (Ambarnath, India) and Ketan Pandhare (Pune, India).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method for providing access to a building for a user is shown. The method includes determining a capacity restraint for the building, the capacity restraint including a maximum number of occupants allowed within the building. The method includes receiving a request to reserve a space in the building from the user. ...
