"Bioactive additive for a fuel, uses thereof, fuel composition, and method" was invented by Christoph Hochstein (Wolfratshausen, Germany), Sabine Riha (Gmund am Tegernsee, Germany) and Volker Knothig (Weilheim, Germany).
