"Modularized field-effect transistor biosensors" was invented by Xiaocheng Jiang (Winchester, Mass.), Xiaochuan Dai (Somerville, Mass.), Richard Vo (Medford, Mass.), Huan-Hsuan Hsu (Vancouver, Canada), Zhiming Mo (Cambridge, Mass.) and Hamed Hosseini Bay (San Diego).
