US Patent Issued to Trustees of Tufts College on Aug. 12 for "Modularized field-effect transistor biosensors" (American, Canadian Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,385,874, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to Trustees of Tufts College (Medford, Mass.).

"Modularized field-effect transistor biosensors" was invented by Xiaocheng Jiang (Winchester, Mass.), Xiaochuan Dai (Somerville, Mass.), Richard Vo (Medford, Mass.), Huan-Hsuan Hsu (Vancouver, Canada), Zhiming Mo (Cambridge, Mass.) and Hamed Hosseini Bay (San Diego).
