ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,431,774, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Albany Inc. (Niskayuna, N.Y.).

"Composite stator sleeve" was invented by David Edgar Hauber (Troy, N.Y.), Graham Ostrander (Clifton Park, N.Y.) and Timothy Miller (Thornton, Colo.).
