ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,349,941, issued on July 8, was assigned to Treace Medical Concepts Inc. (Ponte Vedra, Fla.).

"Bone positioning and cutting system and method" was invented by Paul Dayton (Ankeny, Iowa) and F. Barry Bays (Collierville, Tenn.).
