The cap nut has a cylindrical barrel part and a nut part, the nut part has a width-across-flats part, and a circumscribed circle of an outer periphery of the width-across-flats part has a diameter larger than a diameter of the cylindrical barrel part, and an inscribed circle of the outer periphery of the width-across-flats part has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical barrel part."
