"Vehicle taillight recognition based on a velocity estimation" was invented by Kuan-Hui Lee (San Jose, Calif.), Charles Christopher Ochoa (San Francisco), Arjun Bhargava (San Francisco) and Chao Fang (Sunnyvale, Calif.).
