ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 29 -- United States Patent no. 12,209,062, issued on Jan. 28, was assigned to TOKYO INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (Tokyo) and DAIKIN INDUSTRIES LTD. (Osaka, Japan).
