ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,334,900, issued on June 17, was assigned to TOHOKU UNIVERSITY (Sendai, Japan).

"Acoustic wave device" was invented by Michio Kadota (Sendai, Japan) and Shuji Tanaka (Sendai, Japan).
