ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,280,043, issued on April 22, was assigned to TLC BIOPHARMACEUTICALS INC. (Taipei, Taiwan) and TAIWAN LIPSOME Co. LTD. (South San Francisco, Calif.).

"Sustained-release anesthetic compositions and methods of preparation thereof" was invented by Keelung Hong (San Francisco), Hao-Wen Kao (Taipei, Taiwan), Yi-Yu Lin (Taipei, Taiwan) and Luke S. S. Guo (San Francisco).
