ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,274,858, issued on April 15, was assigned to TJCC ApS (Viby Sj, Denmark).

"Wearable injection device" was invented by Claus Schmidt Moller (Fredensborg, Denmark).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A wearable injection device for subcutaneous injection of a therapeutic agent, wherein the dose is injected over a specified period of time after the device is activated."

The patent was filed on Aug. 25, 2020, under Application No. 17/002,335.
