US Patent Issued to TILTA on March 18 for "Universal dovetail mount" (Chinese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,253,209, issued on March 18, was assigned to TILTA INC. (Burbank, Calif.).

"Universal dovetail mount" was invented by Wenping Zeng (Shenzhen, China) and Kefeng Zhou (Shenzhen, China).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure provides a universal dovetail mount that can support both the Arca standard dovetail slide plate and the Manfrotto standard dovetail slide plate."

The patent was filed on April 10, 2023, under Application No. 18/132,555.
