ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,315,975, issued on May 27, was assigned to Thunderzee Industry Co. Ltd. (Cayman Islands).

"Fuel cell with simultaneous charging and discharging function" was invented by Rong-Jie Chen (New Taipei, Taiwan) and Chih-Hung Lin (San Jose, Calif.).
