US Patent Issued to Thor Tech on Jan. 13 for "Composite flooring for recreational vehicles" (Indiana, Michigan Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,522,300, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to Thor Tech Inc. (Elkhart, Ind.).

"Composite flooring for recreational vehicles" was invented by Mark Bullock (Elkhart, Ind.), Jon Brock (Warsaw, Ind.) and Jeff Snyder (White Pigeon, Mich.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A laminated panel is provided comprising a skeletal framework, foam core inserts, an impact resistant sheet, and a weather resistant sheet bonded together with adhesive. Recreational vehicles incorporating such panels are also contemplated, as are methods of making the composite laminated panel."
