ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,448,357, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to ThermoLife International LLC (Signal Hill, Calif.).
"Amino acid compositions" was invented by Ronald Kramer (Signal Hill, Calif.) and Alexandros Nikolaidis (Nea Kallikratia, Greece).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Methods of improving pharmacodynamic properties of an amino acid in a human subject is disclosed. The method comprises administering to the human subject the amino acid in the form of a nitrate salt, wherein the nitrate salt form of the amino acid is faster acting compared to other forms of the amino acid."
