ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. D1,097,050, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to Thermacell Repellents Inc. (Bedford, Mass.).
"Illuminated insect repeller" was invented by Steven M. Bourque (Billerica, Mass.), Fernando L. Castro (Westwood, Mass.) and Adam M. Goess (Amherst, N.H.).
The patent was filed on Dec. 22, 2023, under Application No. D/922,540.
