ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,365,786, issued on July 22, was assigned to THE YOKOHAMA RUBBER Co. LTD. (Tokyo) and SHINSHU UNIVERSITY (Nagano, Japan).
