ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,224,474, issued on Feb. 11, was assigned to The University of Toledo (Toledo, Ohio).
"Power-efficient microwave plasma jet based on evanescent-mode cavity technology" was invented by Abbas Semnani (Toledo, Ohio) and Kazi Sadman Kabir (Toledo, Ohio).
