ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,332,196, issued on June 17, was assigned to The University of Tokyo (Tokyo) and Oxide Corp. (Yamanashi, Japan).

"Laser light source and photoelectron microscope" was invented by Shik Shin (Tokyo), Toshiyuki Taniuchi (Tokyo), Shinichi Imai (Yamanashi, Japan), Kazuo Fujiura (Yamanashi, Japan) and Yasunori Furukawa (Yamanashi, Japan).
