US Patent Issued to The University of Chicago on Jan. 27 for "Inhibition of BRD proteins suppresses the phenotype of uterine fibroids" (Illinois Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,533,360, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to The University of Chicago (Chicago).

"Inhibition of BRD proteins suppresses the phenotype of uterine fibroids" was invented by Qiwei Yang (Bolingbrook, Ill.) and Ayman Al-Hendy (Hinsdale, Ill.).
