"Real-time provisioning of targeted, alternative product information based on structured messaging data" was invented by Christopher Mark Jones (Villanova, Pa.), Barry Wayne Baird Jr. (Kennett Square, Pa.), Claude Bernell Lawrence Jr. (Philadelphia) and Jonathan Joseph Prendergast (West Chester, Pa.).
