ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,449,593, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to THE RESEARCH FOUNDATION FOR THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK (Albany, N.Y.).
