ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,364,651, issued on July 22, was assigned to The Procter & Gamble Co. (Cincinnati).

"Flexible, porous, dissolvable solid sheet article containing direct-added microcapsules and process for making the same" was invented by Dan Xu (Beijing), Carl David MacNamara (Beijing), Xiao Tian (Beijing), HongSing Tan (Beijing) and Robert Wayne Glenn Jr. (Singapore).
