ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,319,804, issued on June 3, was assigned to The Procter & Gamble Co. (Cincinnati) and Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland).

"High internal phase emulsion foam having cellulose nanoparticles" was invented by Stuart J. Rowan (Cleveland), Donald L.
